Before you schedule an appointment, please browse through our packages and custom options to create
the package that will work best for you. Our sessions are never rushed, however, We encourage you to pick a package
that best reflects the time it will take to capture your best images. When working with children we are on their time
and expectations for each age should be realistic.

It comes highly recommended that make-up be done professionally for any photo session.
Studio designed make-up reflects differently in camera and is much more flattering & glamorous.
high definition Make-Up compliments flash photography in a way that basic make-up cannot.
This add on service, is a small investment for a lifetime of beautiful memories.
For our clients that choose to do their make-up at home or with an Artist not preferred

INQUIRING ABOUT A SESSION
Upon initial contact, We first like to discuss what your needs are so we can create a unique session style for you.
If you have specific shots or poses in mind please let us know via text and/or when you fill out
the client questionnaire form.
it can also be helpful to create your own Pinterest board and start pinning your ideas.
– please feel free to share them with us so that we can get a feel for the looks you are going for.
Once we have set a date & time, please then, finalize your booking (located in the "book a session" tab).
remember to plan your clothing and accessories according to the weather and the color palette you have in mind.
Please bring each complete ensemble to the studio.
You will have plenty of time to lay out your clothing and accessories when you arrive.
PRICING
PHOTOGRAPHY IS AN ART
ART is unique and individual, for this reason,
we would like to point out the differences that make Minted Willow Photo Company so special.
Beginning with the design of multiple price packages and custom options we have made it easy to fit everyone's budget. Studio sitting fees are included in the price of the deposit so there are never hidden or additional fees. We do not charge based on the amount of people joining a session, so all immediate family members are welcome to attend. We also made it simple to add-on additional photos to any package, and payment plans are available for our higher priced sessions upon request.

AFTER THE SESSION
Newborn Sessions
You can expect to receive an e-mail to download your gallery within 14 days.
Your gallery will contain the BEST 20 photos from your session.
All Other Sessions
You can expect to receive an e-mail to review your proofs within 14 days.
Keep in mind the proofing gallery contains only raw unedited photos. Please use your imagination to filter out distractions,
such as: dull colors, odd tones, and/or background noise.
The raw gallery usually contains over 50+ photos to choose from so take your time selecting your favorites.
remember to only select the number of photos that is included in your purchased package.
if you select additional images: please specify one of the following reasons:
1. you plan to purchase them additionally
- or -
2. you would like for us to select the final images based on your chosen favorites
Please note, Each image is artistically hand edited to make the perfect print.
you can expect your final images to be ready approximately 10-14 days from the date you submit them back for retouching.
final images will be available for download or can be given on a USB flash drive.
you will also receive a signed print release allowing you to have your images printed where you choose.
